ChatGPT now plays a key role in ELC’s workflows thanks to more than 240 custom GPTs, enabling teams to focus on what matters most: designing and marketing new products with precision, aligned with emerging skincare and beauty trends.

With a strong foundation in place, teams across the San Antonio Spurs began creating GPTs that solve specific business problems in community outreach, operations, partnerships, and fan engagement. Dozens are already in use (Fan Voice GPT, Transformative Leadership GPT, ...).
One of the key breakthroughs was combining structured and unstructured data. We’d spent years fine-tuning our structured data, like pricing, availability, cancellation policies, But now we could layer in unstructured data, like user reviews, natural language descriptions, and generate curated suggestions based on both.
